We want to ensure your safety and comfort in the kitchen; if you are not 100% satisfied with your slip-resistant footwear, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure your shoes are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a processing credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the shoe box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the shoes in their original box, secure them in a shipping container, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 7-10 business days.
